It depends on the account you sign in with:
1. Signing in with the same account: Yes. Ride data is stored in the cloud and tied to your account, so you can still view your ride history in the app after pairing again.
2. Signing in with a different account: No. To protect user privacy, local data is cleared when the bike is unpaired, and a new account cannot access the previous account’s ride data.
Location accuracy is usually affected by satellite acquisition and environmental obstructions.
1. Inaccurate location when powering on
During a GNSS cold start, initial satellite acquisition can take longer, typically 3-5 minutes. When powering on the bike, move it to an open area to help the system acquire satellites more quickly.
2. Inaccurate location while riding
Buildings, metal structures, and other obstructions may weaken the signal, causing temporary delays or missed location updates. Once you return to an open area, the signal will recover and the location will update automatically.
Amflow PX automatically adjusts its maximum speed to comply with the regulations of the country/region you are in. Speed limits for major countries/regions are as follows:
European Union: 25km/h
United Kingdom: 25km/h
United States: 20mph
China: 25km/h
Australia: 25km/h
1. Assistance:
Adjusting the level of assistance involves modifying the assistance ratio of the drive unit. Increasing the assistance amplifies the assistance ratio, lessening the rider's pedal effort and making the ride easier. Conversely, reducing the assistance decreases the assistance ratio, increasing the rider's pedal effort and enhancing the rider's sense of participation in the ride.
2. Assistance Range:
The assistance range refers to the range of the assistance ratio of the drive unit. The minimum value of the assistance range represents the assistance ratio for riding on flat surfaces, while the maximum value represents the assistance ratio for riding on steep slopes. Within the rider's set assistance range, the assistance ratio dynamically adjusts based on the road gradient and resistance. If the rider sets the minimum and maximum values to the same number, the output of the assistance becomes independent of the road gradient and resistance, and the assistance will always be maintained at the set value by the rider.
3. Max. Torque in Auto and Trail modes:
The maximum torque represents the upper limit of the acceleration torque and also determines the upper limit of the bike's acceleration. Lowering the maximum torque slows down the bike's acceleration, while increasing it speeds up the acceleration. In this scenario, if one aims to achieve the same level of acceleration as with higher torque, additional effort from the rider is necessary.
4. Max. Torque in Eco and Turbo modes:
The maximum torque represents the maximum assistance value of the drive unit. Increasing the maximum torque can lead to faster acceleration under similar road conditions and easier uphill riding. However, on surfaces with low traction, such as icy roads, the rear wheel is more prone to slipping. Conversely, reducing acceleration and uphill riding becomes more strenuous, but the bike is less prone to slipping on such surfaces.
5. Assisted Start:
The Assisted Start determines the rate at which assistance increases from a pedal stop to pedal resumption. Boosting the Assisted Start facilitates easier incline starts and pedaling resumption after a stop on inclines. However, excessive Assisted Start can lead to instances of slipping and wheel lift during incline starts. Riders should prudently adjust this setting based on their abilities and road conditions. Reducing the Assisted Start diminishes acceleration during starts on flat ground.
6. Continued Assist:
The Continued Assist determines the sensitivity of the assist response to the rider's pedaling force. Increasing the Continued Assist enhances the responsiveness of the assist, leading to a quicker increase when the rider applies more force and a faster decrease when less force is applied. Conversely, decreasing the Continued Assist reduces the sensitivity of the assist, resulting in a slower increase when more pedal force is applied and a slower decrease when less force is applied.
7. Motor Overrun
Motor Overrun indicates the ongoing assistance provided for a duration after pedaling has ceased, gradually diminishing based on the assistance level at the point of stopping. Increasing the Motor Overrun prolongs this continued assistance. Motor Overrun is not continuously active. By assessing the bike's speed at the moment of pedal stopping, if significant acceleration is detected after ceasing pedaling, the overrun assistance will be proactively disengaged to ensure safety. When riders need to navigate significant obstacles such as tree roots, we recommend initially applying a strong pedal stroke before stopping to enhance the intensity of the overrun assistance, thereby aiding the rider in overcoming the obstacle more effectively.
Yes. If the Drive Unit is off or the battery has run out, you can ride it like a non-electrical bicycle by pedaling.
To ensure battery safety, it is recommended to use the original charger. If the charger is lost, please contact a dealer for assistance.
Battery installation/replacement requires removing the Drive Unit. It is recommended to visit the nearest Amflow authorized store for assistance, or if there is no store nearby, please contact online customer service for support.

You can also switch to a 29-inch rear wheel. To do so, you will need to adjust the chainstay flip chip to match the geometry and update the wheel size setting in the Avinox Ride app to ensure accurate speed calculation.
Please note that installing a 29-inch rear wheel will change the frame geometry accordingly. Click here for detailed information.
For detailed information on servicing and maintenance, please refer to the FOX official website. FOX provides maintenance for the fork and rear shock. Here are some suggestions from Amflow for using the shock absorbers:
1. Set the sag before each ride.
2. Adjust the rebound before each ride.
3. Clean the shock absorbers after each ride.
4. Service the air chamber after every 50 hours of riding.
5. Reapply lubricant to the aluminum alloy shock pivot after every 50 hours of riding.
6. Take your fork/shock to a FOX dealer for inspection and maintenance after 150 hours of riding (or once annually).
The frame is compatible with 210×55mm rear shocks. The original rear shock has been fine-tuned for internal damping according to Amflow PX's four-bar linkage leverage curve.
It is recommended to use the original rear shock or a shock absorber of the same model with the same damping.
If you plan to install a different rear shock model, please ensure that it does not interfere with the frame during operation.
Due to natural wear and tear of the components, Amflow PX requires maintenance. Here is how to extend the lifespan and optimize performance for different parts:
1. Shock absorbers: Set the air pressure and adjust the compression and rebound settings according to the riding conditions before each ride. Clean the shock absorbers after each ride. Service the air chamber and reapply lubricant to the aluminum alloy shock pivot after every 50 hours of riding. Take your fork/shock to a FOX dealer for inspection and maintenance after every 150 hours of riding (or once annually).
2. Bike chain: Always clean the chain, remove dirt, and re-lubricate. A well-maintained chain should be replaced after about 1000 kilometers of riding to prevent excessive wear on the chainrings. Use a dedicated chain checker to determine whether or not the chain requires replacement.
3. Crankset, chainrings, and cassette: The wear on these components largely depends on riding style, maintenance, and the environment. It is recommended to service them at an authorized store every six months.
4. Brake fluid: Brake fluid should be replaced annually to ensure excellent brake performance.
5. Rotors: Keep the rotors clean and free of dirt. Do not touch them with your hands, as the natural oils on fingers and hands can negatively affect brake pad performance. Clean promptly after riding on muddy roads. Dirty brake pads will wear out more quickly and affect braking performance, potentially causing significant noise when braking.
6. Pedals: Lubricate the pedal threads thoroughly before installation to reduce noise.
7. Grips: Grips are coated with rubber. If the rubber becomes porous or greasy over time or after exposure to the sun, it is recommended to replace them with new grips.
8. Wheelset: Wheelset should not have any vertical or lateral wobble. If you notice the wheelset has been impacted, you can go to a professional bike shop to adjust the spoke tension to correct any offset caused by impact.
9. Tires: Tires should always have sufficient tread for adequate grip on roads or trails. If you find sidewall damage when inspecting the tires, replace them promptly.
Amflow PX comes with tubes, but both the wheelset and tires are compatible with a tubeless setup. You can easily convert to tubeless using a tubeless valve and sealant.
There is no limit to the number of spacers. However, it is recommended to use no more than three, all installed below the stem.
Amflow PX comes standard with an air shock, and installing a coil shock is not recommended. Doing so may cause frequent bottom-out or abnormal frame stress. Frame damage caused by using a shock that does not meet factory-recommended specifications is not covered under warranty.
The geometry of Amflow PX is designed around a 160mm-travel fork. Testing has shown that it can also be fitted with a 170mm-travel fork. However, this will result in a slacker head tube angle (changing from 64.2° to 63.5°) and seat tube angle (changing from 78° to 77.3°), as well as an increase in bottom bracket height (from 345mm to 350mm). Please consider whether a replacement is necessary based on your actual riding needs. If you plan to install a different fork model, please ensure that it does not interfere with the frame during operation.
Transportation
For transportation, please use the original packaging/box you received upon purchase and pack it as it was when first opened.
If the packaging/box is lost, you can purchase new transportation materials from the Amflow online store to safely transport your bike.
If you have any other questions, please visit the official Amflow website and fill out the service form to contact us. The Amflow customer service team will get in touch with you as soon as possible and provide assistance.
Riding Suggestions
1. Ensure the battery is adequately charged.
2. Check the thickness of the brake pads and rotors.
3. Inspect the tire pressure and wear on both the front and rear tires.
4. Check the screw torque at the main pivots of the frame.
5. Check the air pressure, rebound, and compression damping of both the fork and rear shock.
6. Examine the chain for wear.
7. If you are wearing non-cycling pants during the ride, please use leg straps to secure your pant legs. This will help prevent them from getting caught in the bike's moving parts, which could result in personal injury or damage to the bike.
All models in the Amflow PX series meet the Category 4 bicycle requirements outlined in ASTM F2043-13. This category not only covers the riding conditions of Categories 1, 2, and 3, but also includes suitability for technical downhill, trail, and uphill riding.
With the fork and rear shock air pressure set to 25-30% sag and properly tuned, Amflow PX can handle a maximum load of 125kg, a maximum speed of 40kph, and a maximum drop height of 122cm. Please note that it is important to inspect the bike for any damage after each ride.
We recommend wearing a properly fitted cycling helmet in all riding scenarios.
For professional off-road riding, professional protective gear and a suitable helmet are recommended.
For urban riding, please consult your local traffic authority for specific regulations.
